Shipping Policy
Orders will be made by adding the product to the basket and a representative will contact you to confirm the order. If it will be necessary, he will contact you by phone. An order is confirmed only after payment and issuing an invoice by the company. Filing your details and ordering on the site do not consist as a deal. The price of the shipment will be given to you with the confirmation of the deal according to your address and the extent of the shipment. On acceptance of the shipment, you might be asked to show and I.D which consists to the credit card holder and to sign a document of acceptance. The delivery person might copy the I.D to confirm acceptance;
Return & Exchange Policy
Purchase in this site is a buying from a distance as specified in the Consumer Protection Act 1981 and canceling will be able according to the conditions specified in the Act.

The company is liable that the product is in order and comply with the description at the site. A purchaser that claims to receive a defective product will resend it to the company address after coordination with the company and the company will have the sole discretion to decide if the product is defected or not. If the product is defected the company will send a new one without any payment, but if the product is out of stock the company will send a product with the same value or more expensive one according the law;
