Star shapes and bold green colors are prominent elements of traditional Moroccan architecture. Both elements take pride of place in the Stefania Gour hand fan and handkerchief collection. They also represent a full circle return to the house I grew up in and the inspiration I soaked up in childhood – especially from my Moroccan-born father.
